Barry Saoud joined Pepper Money in July 2021 as general manager of mortgage and commercial lending, where he oversees the strategic direction and performance of product, sales, data and analytics, operations, credit and settlements functions across Australia and New Zealand. His responsibilities span mortgages, commercial loans, personal loans and direct sales.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, Saoud has held a range of senior roles in leadership, legal, company secretary, sales and product management with notable companies including Aussie Home Loans/Lendi Group, GE Capital, HSBC and Norton Rose Fulbright.
A passionate and results-driven leader, Saoud is known for his ability to drive business growth and exceed targets through innovative strategies and effective execution.
