“I’m so proud to see that through my hard work and that of my team, we have built trust with our industry partners”
Victoria Coster,
Credit Fix Solutions
Adele Andrews has parlayed her passion for people and aptitude for numbers into a thriving business that brings her clients’ home ownership dreams to life.
Andrews, who founded a part-time business while working overseas that helped non-resident investors settle on property purchased in Australia, returned home and plunged into the mortgage broking world. She recognised an unfulfilled niche in the local finance landscape and launched Australian Property Home Loans.
At the same time, she also determined a need for mortgage education, particularly for women, and has successfully authored numerous articles for high-profile media outlets encouraging the public to seek expert advice on various industry-related topics.
“The appetite for education about mortgage education and financial independence, particularly from women, is so prevalent, and never more so than in this current climate of change and uncertainty,” she says.
Andrews appeared on Studio 10, A Current Affair and 10 News, and her engaging work informing the public about the mortgage industry has been published in Forbes, She Defined, and A Woman’s Bible. She has also initiated programs for first-home buyers, investors and women leaving relationships, which have all had significant uptake.
As an entrepreneur, Andrews efficiently manages all business aspects, which can prove challenging, but her commitment to exceeding her clients’ expectations reflects who she is and what she stands for.
“What you see is what you get every step of the way,” she says. “I handle every stage of the process for all of my clients, and that is important to me because my brand is me, and I have to deliver on that.”
Regarding results, Andrews counts among her most significant achievements that every loan she has submitted to a lender has received a 100% approval rating. That accomplishment is a testament to her persistence and strategic vision in offering personalised client service that guarantees clients an optimal outcome.
Andrews takes her responsibility to her clients seriously and leaves no stone unturned in seeking the best solutions. She prioritises clear and effective communication at every stage of the journey.
Transparency and honesty take centre stage in her business philosophy as she strives to provide valuable guidance and advice to her clientele. She settles for nothing less than positive client experiences and has been instrumental in shaping the reputation of the broking industry.
Andrews’ recognition as one of Mortgage Professional Australia’s Elite Women of 2023 underscores her passion, commitment, dedication and relentless pursuit of delivering 5-star service to clients and the public.

Coster brings depth and breadth of experience to her current position, having joined the industry as a mortgage processor before leaping into broking. She later honed her credit reporting education and credit repair skills for several years while working directly for various brokers.
“Starting Credit Fix Solutions was a deliberate move, as I saw there was a niche in ‘no win, no fee’ credit repair that the industry didn’t currently offer,” she says.
As a CEO, Coster learned through business coaching that there are no challenges in business, only opportunities to learn and grow. She wholeheartedly adopted that perspective, enabling her to overcome the obstacles inherent in team management and implement new and improved systems. She employs several strategies for challenging situations, such as following routines, forward planning, sleeping well and exercising.
“If I make sure I look after myself, have a plan of action, and I’m organised, then I can overcome any challenge (opportunity to learn) if and when it presents itself,” Coster says.
A firm believer in the power of leadership, Coster strives to set an example that the next generation of women and men can look up to. She prides herself on her reliability and trustworthiness and is the first person to show up and the last to leave the workplace.
“I’m genuinely keen to keep bettering myself,” she says. “Even now, at the top of my game, I’m still always learning.”
Guided by her favourite quote, “It’s better to be green and growing than ripe and rotting”, Coster constantly stokes her curiosity and keeps an open mind about life and business. Her kindness, positive attitude, business acumen and dedication to her profession make her a trusted and valuable partner to her peers and the mortgage industry.
