“I’m so proud to see that through my hard work and that of my team, we have built trust with our industry partners”
Victoria Coster,
Credit Fix Solutions
Chuyu (Kiki) Feng is a collaborative team builder who has a talent for bringing people and resources together harmoniously and meaningfully.
The senior mortgage broker at AUSUN Finance developed a strong interest in working in the industry while purchasing her first home. After discovering the positive impact brokers can make in people’s lives, she set aside her aspirations for a career in banking and plunged into the broking world.
“Once I started on this path, I never looked back, as I can help so many people directly in this role,” she says.
One of her most significant accomplishments is building a team and guiding the members to perform at their peak. She prioritises cooperation, communication and a clear vision to achieve positive outcomes.
“While an individual can change plans at any time, achieving greater goals and bringing benefits to the entire community require a team working side by side,” she says.
With a focus on strengthening the team members she leads, Feng takes great pride in supporting other females in the industry. She was instrumental in helping a single parent who left the workforce to focus on her family successfully re-enter the business world.
She has built a reputation as a principled, fair and firm leader who takes the time to explain complex processes, ensuring everyone feels a sense of belonging.
By setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture that supports growth, Feng confidently tackles the challenge of expanding and uplifting her team’s performance.
Guided by her exceptional planning ability, Feng mapped out career goals that she has seamlessly executed relatively quickly. She was a finalist for several industry awards, received recognition as a mortgage broker of the year, and was named an Elite Woman of 2023 by MPA.
Being a role model for aspiring female mortgage industry leaders has been a priority for Feng. She demonstrated a commitment to positively impacting colleagues and the broader community, as evidenced by the increasing number of individuals she has helped and supported.
Feng is regarded as an inspirational leader by her peers, consistently celebrating the team’s accomplishments and encouraging growth and development at every opportunity.
“We seek feedback from each other to gain perspective on our strengths and areas for growth,” she says. “We also encourage each other to focus on our strengths rather than weaknesses to achieve our personal and professional goals.”

Coster brings depth and breadth of experience to her current position, having joined the industry as a mortgage processor before leaping into broking. She later honed her credit reporting education and credit repair skills for several years while working directly for various brokers.
“Starting Credit Fix Solutions was a deliberate move, as I saw there was a niche in ‘no win, no fee’ credit repair that the industry didn’t currently offer,” she says.
As a CEO, Coster learned through business coaching that there are no challenges in business, only opportunities to learn and grow. She wholeheartedly adopted that perspective, enabling her to overcome the obstacles inherent in team management and implement new and improved systems. She employs several strategies for challenging situations, such as following routines, forward planning, sleeping well and exercising.
“If I make sure I look after myself, have a plan of action, and I’m organised, then I can overcome any challenge (opportunity to learn) if and when it presents itself,” Coster says.
A firm believer in the power of leadership, Coster strives to set an example that the next generation of women and men can look up to. She prides herself on her reliability and trustworthiness and is the first person to show up and the last to leave the workplace.
“I’m genuinely keen to keep bettering myself,” she says. “Even now, at the top of my game, I’m still always learning.”
Guided by her favourite quote, “It’s better to be green and growing than ripe and rotting”, Coster constantly stokes her curiosity and keeps an open mind about life and business. Her kindness, positive attitude, business acumen and dedication to her profession make her a trusted and valuable partner to her peers and the mortgage industry.
