Ashlen McKenzie measures success by the difference she makes in people’s lives. As a finance strategist at Infinity Group Australia, she helps clients purchase their first home or secure their tenth investment property while also guiding them toward a stronger financial footing. That impact helped earn her recognition as an MPA Rising Star for 2026.
Ashlen did not begin her career with a rigid roadmap, yet she was clear about her direction. Thirteen years ago, she entered the finance industry determined to build strong fundamentals and say yes to opportunities that stretched her. She sought roles that allowed her to learn, take on responsibility and create tangible value for clients.

Support has been central to her growth. Ashlen credits her colleagues at Infinity for helping shape her into the advisor she is today. Their guidance and collaboration built confidence early in her career and continued to influence her development.
