With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Cathy Liu started her journey in 2012 at a local branch of a major bank in Australia. Driven by a passion for helping clients navigate the lending landscape, she took the leap in 2019 and transitioned from her role as executive lending manager at CommBank to establish her own mortgage brokerage.
Liu specialised in residential, commercial and SMSF loans, and credits her success with to a strong team that always delivering top-tier service, from pre- to post-settlement, resulting in a large volume of word-of-mouth referrals.
Her passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals is anchored in expert lending knowledge, care, integrity and honesty. Building strong relationships with the clients is at the core of her approach, as she aims to empower them with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their financial goals with premium service.
Having assisted hundreds of families in securing their dream homes and helping investors expand their property portfolios, Liu is dedicated to delivering exceptional service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
