Dean Menzies established Cutcher & Neale Residential and Commercial Finance in 2016 as a new division within Cutcher & Neale Accounting and Financial Services. Cutcher & Neale has been a trusted name in Newcastle since 1953 and today has offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Menzies brings over 12 years of experience in private banking, working in both Sydney and Newcastle. During this time, he managed the lending and wealth needs of high-net-worth individuals and families, gaining deep insight into complex financial requirements.
Since joining Cutcher & Neale in 2016, Menzies has built a reputation for offering independent, specialist advice tailored to his clients’ long-term financial goals. His approach is always client-focused, with a strong commitment to addressing the ongoing financial needs of his clients.
Under his leadership, Cutcher & Neale Residential and Commercial Finance has developed a strong referral network, both within the firm and beyond, and has become known for its focus on providing a range of finance solutions to medical, dental and allied health professionals. The business has also seen significant growth in serving the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The division’s success can also be attributed to Menzies’ consistent engagement with industry associations, where his presentations and relationship-building have helped to foster lasting partnerships and expand the business.
