Roy Huang is the co-founder of XIN Mortgage, where he has helped build and now leads a high-performance team of over 40 brokers since 2015. An MBA and Dip FS/FMBM holder – and an MFAA-accredited credit adviser – Roy brings more than nine years of mortgage broking expertise to the business.
At XIN, Roy provides strategic leadership across multiple loan-product lines and end-to-end process services, driving innovation in credit policy, workflows, and servicing solutions. He advocates and implements innovative management thinking and methods throughout the mortgage industry and in day-to-day company operations. His hands-on approach to broker development, training and mentorship underpins XIN’s reputation for delivering tailored lending strategies and exceptional customer outcomes.
