Danny Alvarez is someone who has always been self-motivated. As a young professional, he has constantly valued his formal education and life experiences as the foundation of his personal development. Alvarez takes great ownership of the challenges in his life and the positive growth thereof. Beginning from when his family lost their livelihoods to a personal misfortune and the disbelief and emotional cycle that then followed, he believes that this experience alone shaped his adult life, as it has been the driver of his family’s progress and has given him all the strength to strive in his career and leave his small contribution to this rewarding industry.
Alvarez’s professional network grows day by day and is a mix of childhood and sports friends, as well as professionals he has encountered through his career in real estate, risk management and now through his focus on construction and development transactions, with the team at Simplicity Loans and Advisory. He was the first employee in the business, and in five years, he has witnessed the continued growth and accolades achieved by SLA.
His education thus far has seen him achieve the diploma in real estate, diploma in broking and finance, and his graduate degree in business from the University of New South Wales. He aspires to continue his contribution to the industry with his education.
Alvarez believes that the key is to be in the right mindset and among the right support network. He hopes to grow his client pipeline and continue his personal development by embracing the magic of learning within this complex but rewarding industry.
