Larry Zhou is a highly experienced, award-winning commercial finance broker with a keen focus on debt structure and advisory. He is motivated by long-term client relationships and being an integral part of their success story. He began his finance career as a graduate with the Institutional Banking Division of ANZ and progressed through Working Capital Finance and Business Lending at Westpac. In 2013, he broke away from the banking industry and joined Connect Finance (now known as Melcorp Finance) as a senior partner, where he transitioned from being a top-performing banker to an industry-leading finance broker in both the residential and commercial lending space. In 2015, he founded Link Capital Finance, now an established boutique finance broking business with a team of like-minded finance professionals. He has a keen interest in financing small to medium property development projects and assisting high-net-worth clients in building a sustainable property portfolio. Armed with a wealth of commercial experience and prior legal training (a double degree in Commerce and Law), he is adept at tackling complex financing needs.
