360 Mortgage Management Services (360 MMS) is an Australian new non-bank lender specialising in providing mortgage solutions. It was established in 2021 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. The founders formed the company to provide the highest level of excellence in mortgage management services. The 360 MMS team is made up of professionals with more than 50 years of banking experience.
360 MMS offers a comprehensive range of solutions to mortgage brokers, mortgage partners, and other financial service experts along with direct clients. Our team provides funding solutions to local, Aussie expatriates, religious communities and non-residents with residential and commercial lending solutions for their Australian property portfolios. We also recognise the need of corporate, SMSF, NDIS and business lending as more than half of our clients are self-employed.
The founders with their previous background in banking and property in Australia recognise that to be successful, we need the right people, external partners and tech solutions to be different in the market and provide the service that will make it an industry leader in the non-bank space.

Fillmore Construction was founded by Brent Fillmore in 1991. He was looking to start his own small construction business and the opportunity presented itself with many repeat client relationships. Through lessons learned from 13 years of managing projects, developing business and holding various VP roles with his previous employer, Brent formulated his own approach to running his company. He knew that the key to success was based on relationships and bringing repeated value to them. He was dedicated to the idea that one does not need hundreds of clients and instead must focus on ensuring that a smaller pool of clients was given the best service possible. With over 40 years of construction management experience Brent has remarkable expertise in nearly every facet of the construction industry.
