Jenn Ruso is head of residential lending and distribution at Manulife Bank and a member of the bank’s leadership team. She leads the residential lending business, driving growth of Manulife One® through advisor and broker channels across Canada while overseeing national sales and sales enablement teams. With more than 30 years of banking and financial services experience, Ruso brings expertise in sales, operations, product management, pricing, and payments. Before joining Manulife, she held leadership roles at TD, leading major transformation initiatives and building high-performing teams. Recognized for her collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about fostering a customer-centric culture and driving meaningful change.

He leads efforts to strengthen relationships with top advisor firms and brokerages, support business development with the national sales team, and enhance market presence. Since joining Manulife Bank in 2020, Stencer has held several leadership roles, most recently as regional vice president, Eastern Canada, and earned the 2023 Circle of Excellence award. With over 20 years of banking experience, he has played a key role in mortgage industry growth, including launching a national monoline lender in Québec. He also serves as chair of Mortgage Professionals Canada through October 2026.
