Lisa White brings more than 25 years of mortgage servicing and operations experience to Strive. As the former SVP of operations at First National, she was responsible for the oversight of 300+ employees and managing all aspects of the mortgage servicing business exceeding $110 billion in MUA and other functional departments such as marketing, IT and human resources.
Lisa joined Strive in March 2021 as COO. She is responsible for supporting the work of the CEO and co-founders while focusing on the establishment and optimization of the company’s day-to-day operations. As an innovative leader on the executive team, she is involved in every initiative that drives the success and growth of Strive and its employees.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Diploma in Accounting, both from McMaster University.
