Li Shin Yee brings over a decade of industry experience to Strive from both the conventional and non-conventional lending streams. Throughout his time in the mortgage industry, he has held various management and leadership positions in funding, servicing and operations. During his career and even more so during his tenure at Strive, Li Shin’s focus has been on ensuring that all stakeholders involved are heard. Internally, he looks at improving process efficiencies for co-workers to be more productive in their tasks. For brokers and borrowers, he creates a single point of contact by providing prompt and informative responses to any questions.
Li Shin ensures that no stone is left unturned when providing Strive’s better lending experience. He says that he would not be where he is today without mentors who have provided him with the guidance, direction and support required for him to succeed. His hope is to replicate that same leadership style and support system to help others within the industry grow to their full potential.
