André Cadieux, CFA, FRM, is Director, Mortgage Finance Operations at IG Wealth Management, where he leads valuation, analytics, and operational oversight across the firm’s residential mortgage funding and securitization programs. His responsibilities span mortgage funding, structured finance, derivatives, risk management, and financial reporting across programs including Canada Mortgage Bonds (CMB), NHA MBS, ABCP conduits, seller swap structures, and interest rate derivatives.
Over the past decade, Cadieux has held progressively senior roles in mortgage finance, corporate finance, and corporate development, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. He has led major modernization initiatives, strengthened governance and control frameworks, and driven improvements in valuation, reporting, and operational efficiency. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Cadieux is an active contributor to the finance profession. He served many years as a board member of CFA Society Winnipeg, mentoring emerging professionals and championing initiatives focused on professional development and networking.
A CFA® charterholder and Financial Risk Manager (FRM®), Cadieux is passionate about solving complex problems, developing people, and advancing innovation within Canada’s mortgage and capital markets industries. Outside of work, this born-and-raised bilingual Winnipegger loves spending time with his young and growing family, staying active playing ice hockey in the winters and golf in the summers, and playing cribbage or all sorts of other board games.
