Jamie Doolittle is a senior financial services leader with more than 18 years of experience at BMO Bank of Montreal (BMO). She currently serves as head, BMO BrokerEdge, where she leads the shaping and execution of BMO’s broker channel strategy – driving innovation, delivering impactful solutions, and strengthening partnerships across the mortgage broker ecosystem.
Doolittle has held several senior leadership roles within BMO before joining BMO BrokerEdge, most recently leading the Business Banking distribution team for Ontario. In this role, she worked closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders to bring strategic priorities to life, support business growth and long-term sustainability, and champion the advancement of women in business.
Throughout her career, Doolittle has earned a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and dynamic leader. Her contributions have been recognized through multiple awards, including being named a WXN Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Emerging Leader in 2023.
She is deeply committed to knowledge sharing across financial literacy, lending solutions, business development, and entrepreneurship. A respected thought leader, she is an active speaker, panelist, and mentor across women‑focused leadership and entrepreneurship initiatives, including Her Network, BMO for Women, Humber College, NextAI, and IDEAS Mississauga incubator and accelerator programs. Doolittle also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
She holds a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Outside of work, she maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys figure skating, volleyball, travelling, reading, and spending quality time with her two young children.
