Jennifer Watts is a dynamic executive and national leader in the Canadian mortgage and financial services sector, and is currently serving as regional sales manager at Questbank. Leading a high-performing business development team, she drives sales growth, bank-readiness strategies, and scales regional broker networks. Her career spans over two decades of multifaceted leadership across major financial institutions, brokerages, and lenders.
A dedicated advocate for industry advancement, Watts serves as BC regional director on the Board of Directors for Mortgage Professionals Canada (2025), past chair of the BC Lenders Group, and former board chair for the Association of Women in Finance (2022–24). Honoured in the CMP Top 50 in 2024, she founded the Women in Mortgage Leadership Mastermind and has previously worked with Junior Achievement and local Women in Business programs.
Watts holds an Executive MBA from Quantic University, dual post-graduate credentials in business and finance, a BA from UBC, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management. Beyond her professional achievements, she gives back to her community as a volunteer youth soccer coach.
