CMP named Capital Direct a Top Mortgage Employer of 2025, recognizing its high employee satisfaction and solid performance across key areas evaluated by its staff.
One of Capital Direct’s most important strategies has been enhancing financial accessibility through digital transformation and personalized lending solutions. It has invested in technology to streamline the mortgage application process while maintaining a high-touch, human-first approach.
In addition, strengthening employee training programs has been front and centre, ensuring the team is equipped to provide expert guidance and making homeownership and financial growth more attainable for clients.
Capital Direct supports its employees in various ways, including:
Employees receive continuous education on regulatory changes, market trends, and leadership development, helping them grow within the company and in their careers.
Staff also thrive in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives, believing it drives innovation and better decision-making. Its hiring practices emphasize inclusivity, and leadership actively promotes a culture where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Employee retention is also a top priority. Capital Direct achieves this by providing a supportive work environment, career growth opportunities, and strong leadership engagement. It regularly assesses employee satisfaction through feedback surveys, one-on-one meetings, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring every team member feels heard and motivated.
To maintain its status as one of Canada’s best mortgage employers to work for, Capital Direct plans to expand employee development programs, introduce new wellness initiatives, and enhance digital capabilities to improve client and employee experiences.
“We are also focused on strengthening our leadership pipeline to ensure continued company growth and innovation,” says Gorman.
When working with Capital Direct, clients and industry partners can expect transparency, professionalism, and tailored financial solutions.
