Belinda Wright, general manager, partnerships and distribution, is a key member of Thinktank’s executive leadership team, leading the national sales force across both commercial and residential lending, as well as overseeing aggregator partnerships. With more than two decades of experience in banking and finance – including senior roles at ANZ and Westpac – she brings a wealth of expertise in project management, retail banking and strategic partnerships to her role at Thinktank.
Renowned for her passion for business development and collaborative leadership, Wright is widely respected for her ability to foster strategic collaboration and manage relationships that drive business growth. In her capacity as general manager, she plays a pivotal role in strengthening Thinktank’s connections with aggregators and brokers. Her strategic vision and commitment to partnership excellence have been instrumental in boosting team performance, driving revenue growth and ensuring sustained success for partners.
A dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion, Wright leads a sales team where more than half the members are women. One of her top priorities for the year ahead is to support the advancement of more female brokers into the commercial and SMSF lending sectors, reflecting her broader commitment to creating equitable opportunities within the industry.
