Regulatory confidence through the Advice Assurance Framework
NZFSG’s Advice Assurance Framework (AAF) remains a key industry differentiator. Evolving in tandem with regulatory expectations, the AAF has delivered over 7,000 reviews in the last 12 months across advice files, CPD plans, BCPs and websites – driving significant quality uplift and compliance confidence across the network.
The Customer Outcomes and Distribution teams have also been strengthened to ensure advisers receive expert guidance tailored to today’s evolving challenges. Relationship managers conduct regular reviews with all authorised bodies under the NZFSG licence to gain a full picture of their businesses. These reviews help ensure advisers remain aligned with regulatory requirements, operational best practices and exceptional customer care.
