Jenny Zhou is a director and principal adviser at The Mortgage Centre and a trusted name in the Rotorua financial community. With more than 11 years of experience in banking and finance, including time as a personal manager at a major New Zealand bank, she blends technical expertise with a calm, client-focused approach.
Zhou holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Auckland, giving her a strong academic foundation to match her practical experience. She is regularly recognised on the national stage, named one of NZA’s Top 25 Brokers for 2024 and honoured as an Excellence Awardee at the New Zealand Mortgage Awards from 2023 to 2025, across categories such as Specialist Lending and Customer Service.
Outside of work, Zhou is deeply involved in her community and is also a Black Belt in Taekwondo, a discipline that mirrors the focus and perseverance she brings to every client file.
