Jess Shaw is the co-founder of Vesta Finance & Advisory, a boutique advisory firm based in Hawke’s Bay that partners with ambitious professionals and business owners across New Zealand.
With more than a decade of experience in finance and a background in business and commercial banking, Shaw founded Vesta to help clients move beyond transactional banking and into intentional, long-term financial strategy.
