Eneritz Clarice Parinas was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management and spent more than 12 years in the sales and marketing industry in the Philippines. 
Parinas came to New Zealand in 2012 to study at NZIM and was able to finish a New Zealand diploma in applied management. She started as a financial adviser in the same year and worked for a well-known financial firm in Wellington, where she stayed for five years. 
In 2017, Parinas decided to start her own company, Future Secure Financial Services. From the company’s humble beginnings in 2017, she is happy and proud to say that Future Secure Financial now has more than 900 clients all over New Zealand.

Michael Holbrook became the director of SURA Construction in 2018 after joining as a senior underwriter in 2015.
