When Christchurch mortgage adviser Shayna King entered the industry in 2020, she brought with her more than a decade of financial and leadership experience – and a genuine passion for helping people turn their property dreams into reality.
Now co-director of Loan Market South, King has grown the business to a thriving team and helped hundreds of clients across New Zealand secure the right lending solutions for their homes, investments, and businesses.
“I’m passionate about taking the stress and complexity out of lending,” she says. “My goal is always to empower clients with knowledge and confidence so they can make smart, informed decisions about their financial future.”
Her results speak for themselves. In 2025, King achieved Premier Adviser status, placing her among the top 12% of Loan Market advisers nationwide, and was named an International Finalist in the Ray White Settlement Awards.
From first home buyers to experienced investors and self-employed professionals, King’s approach is built on honesty, education and genuine care. “The most rewarding part is seeing clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach,” she says.
