Director and financial adviser Angela Downie has always wanted to create a company that leads with empathy and integrity, a company that understands how important mortgages are for their clients and therefore passionately pursues suitable solutions – and so Platinum Mortgages was established in August 2020.
Earning and retaining a client’s trust is at the heart of Platinum Mortgages’ business strategy. Angela
sees the client-broker relationship as being broader than a conduit between lender and borrower. Instead, Platinum Mortgages focuses on understanding clients and adding value, whether it’s providing information about the industry, increasing the client’s financial literacy, or coming up with a plan to get their finances in a better state. Contact and support do not end at settlement; the goal is to be a client’s mortgage adviser for life, and even through the generations.
