Manshil Krishna is the founder and director of Benchmark Mortgages and a back-to-back recipient of the Top Broker Award for FY24 and FY25 – a client-voted recognition of his exceptional service and trusted advice.
With more than a decade of experience at leading banks, including ANZ, BNZ and Westpac, Manshil launched Benchmark Mortgages in 2021 with a clear vision: to offer strategic, client-first mortgage advice, independent of franchise affiliations or referral networks. What began as a bold solo venture has quickly become one of Auckland’s most respected boutique brokerages, known for its integrity, clarity and personalised approach.
Benchmark’s growth has been driven almost entirely by word of mouth, a testament to the trust Manshil builds with every client. From first home buyers to seasoned investors and self-employed professionals, he is known for turning complex lending scenarios into simple, confident outcomes.
Manshil combines technical expertise with a calm, educational approach that empowers clients throughout their financial journey. His belief in relationship-first service continues to raise the bar in the industry, proving that thoughtful, advice-led mortgage broking doesn’t just get results; it builds lifelong partnerships.
