Becs McCallum transitioned from an 11-year career at Westpac into mortgage advising in 2013 before joining Loan Market and later establishing Loan Market McCallum & Co. Over the years, she has built a reputation as a trusted adviser, known for her expertise, genuine care for clients and commitment to helping people achieve their property goals.
Today, Becs leads a team of six experienced professionals who share her client-first approach. Together, they combine industry expertise and real-life experience to support clients through every stage of the lending journey. Her insights are regularly featured in national media, and she was recognised as one of NZ Adviser’s Top Brokers in both 2025 and 2026.
While she appreciates industry recognition, Becs is most passionate about helping everyday New Zealanders navigate what can often feel like a complicated and overwhelming process. Whether it's buying a first home, growing a property portfolio, refinancing for greater flexibility or finding a way forward when lending feels challenging, she is committed to helping clients make confident financial decisions.
Outside of work, Becs enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping pace with her daughter and getting out on the golf course whenever she can-where she's learned that, much like lending, success comes from playing the long game.
