With more than a decade of experience in one of the Big Four banks before stepping out on her own, she made a deliberate move towards providing more personal, hands-on mortgage advice. That decision has shaped her approach ever since – focused on care, clarity and genuinely being alongside clients at every stage of the journey.
Over the years, she has supported clients across a wide range of needs, from first home buyers and growing families to investors, new build purchasers, and those exploring business or commercial property finance. She works closely with her team to guide clients through what can often be a complex lending process, aiming to make it feel more straightforward and less overwhelming.
McArthur is known for her client-first approach and for building relationships that last well beyond a single transaction. No two clients are ever the same, and she values the variety and problem-solving that comes with that.
