Profile
Heather Roney-Kleb is the founder of Mortgage Ladies and Co, a dedicated wife, mother and the driving force behind the brand’s distinctive stiletto logo. The logo reflects her determination and commitment to her clients – when challenges arise, it symbolises her readiness to step in, take action and get the job done.
With more than 20 years of experience in retail banking, Heather is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals. She began her career with The Co-operative Bank in 2002, gaining extensive experience across a variety of roles and developing a deep understanding of the lending and banking industry.
In 2018, she made the decision to leave corporate banking and establish Mortgage Ladies and Co. It was a move that allowed her to focus on what she enjoys most: providing personalised advice and supporting clients through some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Since then, she has helped countless clients navigate the lending process with confidence and clarity.
Heather believes that every successful client relationship is built on trust, honesty and open communication. These values remain at the heart of her business and are reflected in the Mortgage Ladies and Co motto: “With you every step of the way.” Her approachable nature, industry expertise and unwavering commitment to her clients have earned her a reputation as a trusted adviser who genuinely cares about achieving the best possible outcomes.
