Profile
Manshil Krishna is the director of Benchmark Mortgages, an Auckland-based advisory firm helping New Zealanders make more confident lending decisions across home loans, refinancing, property investment and complex mortgage scenarios.
Having spent more than 15 years across major New Zealand banks, including ANZ, BNZ and Westpac, he brings a bank-side understanding of lender policy, credit assessment and approval pathways to his work with clients. Krishna founded Benchmark Mortgages to bring a more strategic standard of advice to the mortgage process – one that considers lender fit, application positioning, loan structure, pricing and the client’s wider financial goals together. He works with first home buyers, homeowners, investors, business owners and clients with more complex lending needs, with every application personally reviewed before submission.
Recognised by NZ Adviser as one of New Zealand’s Top Brokers in 2024, 2025 and 2026, Manshil is building Benchmark Mortgages as an adviser-led brand known for preparation, clarity and better lending outcomes.
