“My approach is all about my commitment to helping our clients achieve their long-term goals, and I take a client-for-life approach to every interaction,” says Norris. “I believe strongly in long-term relationships, and the stronger my relationships are, the better I will be able to look after my clients.”
Managing constant change is one of Norris’s greatest challenges, especially when dealing with multiple lenders and assessors, each with their own unique perspectives. This makes it difficult to keep everyone aligned. However, he ensures that everyone involved in the transaction shares the mindset of being “on the same team,” leading his team to work diligently so that clients receive the best possible opportunity to succeed.
Attracting and retaining clients is among his highest priorities, showcasing his adeptness at cultivating meaningful, long-lasting relationships. He firmly believes that putting the client’s needs and goals first is the foundation of every successful interaction.
His focus for the future is to continue embracing the changes transforming the mortgage and financial landscape.
“My target is to help as many clients as possible close their wealth gap and have more choices,” Norris says.
