Sanjeev Jangra started his mortgage brokerage business in November 2020 under the Loan Market franchise in Manukau, Auckland. Within a short span of time, he has won multiple mortgage brokerage awards.
The last couple of years have been challenging with so many changes to the lending criteria, CCCFA, rising interest rates, government regulations, etc., which are out of the adviser's control. Jangra emphasises that the key thing is to focus on market trends, as every market creates a new market. He believes that the current environment is a great opportunity for first home buyers to get on the property ladder, as property prices have come down a bit, and he is also expecting investors to make a comeback in the coming months as interest rates are now falling.
With access to New Zealand's widest range of banks and non-bank lenders, Jangra can help you understand your maximum borrowing capacity, save you time and money by finding the right home loan at the best possible terms and negotiate competitive interest rates.
Jangra is looking forward to growing the team over the coming year to take the business to the next level with the help of existing referral partners and an online marketing presence.
