With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Shayaz Khan serves clients across Auckland with a deep well of knowledge. Specialising in various financial needs, including first home purchases, investment properties, refinancing, rate reviews, construction loans, business loans and commercial borrowing, he is well equipped to assist clients in making informed decisions tailored to their individual needs.
Khan brings valuable insights from both banking experience and personal property investing, ensuring a comprehensive approach to financial solutions. As a business owner, he understands the unique challenges faced by self-employed clients and offers both expertise and personal experience to support them effectively.

“With each acquisition and de novo formation, a large branding component is involved,” says Phillips Topping.
Speaking on the importance of spotlighting marketing professionals, Phillips Topping says, “It’s imperative to shine a light on those who aren’t necessarily brokers or underwriters. There are so many different aspects of the industry. It’s nice to show all the great work that’s being done behind the scenes.”
