Aaron Skilton was appointed to lead the team as CEO in April 2022 and is responsible for the operations and performance of Liberty Financial New Zealand and the Mike Pero Group. He has a strong history of management in the financial sector, having previously led the team at New Zealand Home Loans as CEO. Prior to this, he held roles as chief distribution officer and chief strategy officer. Earlier in his career, Skilton also managed teams at Greenstone, Marsh and Sovereign Insurance.

Igor Stychinsky is the general manager for Liberty NZ and is responsible for the lending and term deposit operations of the business. He has extensive experience in financial services in New Zealand and internationally. He previously held senior management roles at New Zealand Home Loans and Renaissance Investment Management. Stychinsky holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
