Josh Bronkhorst is an accomplished CEO with over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector as a legal adviser, senior financial adviser, business development manager, general manager and national sales manager. He has a demonstrated track record across all sectors of financial services and recently spearheaded the very successful development of the Advice Link Mortgage and Insurance CRM.

Lombard’s expertise lies in overseeing the LFG commission payments and account services, where her precision and reliability have earned her the trust of advisers throughout the company.

After more than three years with the Financial Markets Authority, followed by a brief period of travelling abroad, Jason Palmer enthusiastically joined the LFG team. His experience includes working closely with the financial advice industry, particularly in licensing, education and monitoring under the new regulations.
Originally from Hamilton, Palmer spent five years in Wellington before relocating to Auckland in pursuit of better weather. He holds degrees in economics and public policy from Victoria University.

As national growth manager, Roberts is passionate about fostering success within the LFG family, leveraging his strong relationships to support businesses and help them thrive. He is drawn to LFG’s family values and the genuine care advisers show for clients.
Outside of work, Roberts enjoys family time with his two young boys and is eagerly anticipating a new addition. He also hopes to fit in some rounds of golf this summer to sharpen his skills.

Quentin Holmes brings over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector as a Qualified Financial Adviser specialising in risk and investment. A multiskilled insurance practitioner, he has held roles in underwriting, sales, claims and account management across various insurers and brokers.
His passion for building long-term relationships led him to reconnect with Josh after 15 years. Most recently, as a business relationship manager at ACC, Holmes excelled at finding solutions for clients and advisers.
Excited to join the LFG family, he aligns with its mission to prioritise advisers and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys jet skiing, fishing and golfing.

Renée Vinett is a co-managing partner whose practice is devoted to fighting for the rights of injured accident victims and their families in a wide range of personal injury matters. She has successfully conducted numerous trials and hearings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
In addition to being a lawyer, Vinett has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, with experience in disability management in both the United States and Canada. Her medical knowledge and legal expertise enable her to approach each case from the central perspective, that her clients’ needs and long-term quality of life are paramount.
Vineet holds memberships with legal and professional associations, for which she often chairs and lectures at their continuing legal education programs. She is also a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
