Lisa Meredith has over 20 years of experience in marketing and financial services. She started her career at NatWest as a marketing executive, looking after its brand advertising and direct marketing activity for mortgages, where she progressed to assistant marketing manager.
Meredith then moved to the British Midland International airline as a marketing manager, where she looked after the company’s public relations, sponsorship and brand advertising, taking her all over the world.
A move to the West Brom as a marketing manager for mortgages and insurance saw her play a pivotal role in launching the West Brom for intermediaries proposition.
In 2017, Meredith joined the intermediary team at HSBC UK in its infancy. With no marketing team or strategy in place, she has transformed the HSBC UK brand for intermediaries, implementing a robust marketing approach to support the bank’s overall mortgage strategy to become their brokers 'Lender of Choice'.
Meredith’s success with HSBC UK to date has seen her win the Marketer of the Year award at the Financial Reporter Women’s Recognition Awards 2022 and Best Marketing – Mortgages at the Mortgage Industry Marketing Awards 2022. Last year, she was also promoted to head of marketing.
Meredith is a proud member of the Diversity and Inclusion Finance Forum and the Mortgage Marketing Forum.
