Nakita Moss joined Twenty7tec in 2021. She has more than 10 years of experience in financial services. From starting out as a customer service representative in 2012 within LBG as a HBOS consultant, she has progressed within the industry to her current role as a national account manager with Twenty7tec, supporting lender relationships.
Moss has benefited from working in the mortgage industry, from customer facing, working as a BDM for mortgage lenders and supporting intermediaries, to now working in technology to streamline, simplify and digitise the mortgage industry.
Moss has been recognised in the industry for her dedicated service to both intermediaries and lenders alike through her career accolades. Often described as tenacious, she always strives for the best outcomes and does not give up. She works strategically with mortgage lenders as an invaluable member of Twenty7tec, future-proofing the mortgage journey and assisting lenders with their digital transformation strategies.
Aside from the ingenious support Moss brings to lenders in her day-to-day role, she is also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), driving DE&I within Twenty7tec as part of their Together Champions working group, supporting the Working in Mortgages Group and raising awareness around mental health and the challenges individuals face. She is fervent about neurodiversity and has often shared her own experiences to raise awareness and empower others to speak up. Sharing her own struggles with OCD and how this can impact both work and her personal life, Moss is challenging the stigma as well as educating others in the hope of raising awareness and challenging the mortgage industry to better support colleagues.
