Working with Barclays in 2022
Every lender has had to re-evaluate the way they work over the past two years and, here at Barclays, we are certainly no different. Change is no bad thing, and it has made us rethink how we can better service the needs of the intermediary market from a product and support perspective.
However, some things don’t change. We remain a committed, intermediary-focused mortgage lender, with an innovative product range to help a variety of borrowers, from first-time buyers through to high-net-worth clients.
Our focus continues to be on investing continually in our people, our systems, and our processes; utilising intermediary feedback to inform our policy and lending criteria; and rewarding you fairly for the work you do with us.
“Now, we have much more frequent recognition awards because we want to celebrate people staying at CAAT and recognize the contributions that they bring to the organization”

“In-person learning was not an option at that time so implementing this government directive was a challenge for workplaces,” says Warner. “Our three-part Training the Fit Tester for Respiratory Protection program ensured more healthcare workers were compliant and safe on the job. The program continues to this day.”
PSHSA prioritizes excellence through customer-centric frameworks and outcome-based initiatives. Their consultants prepare workplaces to be compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements, and address needs and concerns specific to workplaces, industries, locations, or employees.
PSHSA health and safety consultants working in the field are experts in everything from ergonomics to psychological health and safety. They conduct webinars, offer in-person and online instruction, and provide e-learning modules that allow students to study at their own pace. Many of these opportunities are available free of charge.
“As an organization, we continue to innovate and learn from the latest in the occupational health and safety sector to meet the needs of evolving workplaces. Evidence-based and effective workplace health and safety solutions are more important than ever, and these solutions need to be – and are with PSHSA – accessible, integrated and optimized for the end user across a variety of platforms.”
PSHSA is equipped and ready for whatever the future holds. It encourages organizations looking to adjust or improve workplace health and safety protocols to reach out.

FlexManager’s comprehensive product suite provides an offering of over 80 different processes made available to meet the needs of its clients.
“We have created a huge library of solutions that have been designed based on the needs and requirements of a wide range of industries,” says Gary Cunningham, FlexManager’s director of customer success. “These include providing companies with the ability to manage and track a variety of crucial elements, from people to assets.”
The product suite is named as such because it is flexible by nature, he explains.
“The design of FlexManager is highly configurable to the needs of the individual users to the point where we can match the processes, procedures and structures already in place.”
Using FlexManager’s solutions allows permitted customers the ability to retrieve historical records at the touch of a button with both web and mobile accessibility. A result of the cloud-based solution is the significant reduction of unreliable paper-dependent information.
“On top of having a valuable, easy-to-use, and intuitive product suite that can match their current processes, our support structures – in terms of our implementation, training and support – have helped all of our clients be successful,” says Cunningham. “I think that is part of the reason we’ve been nominated for this award, and I’m delighted for FlexManager and its product suite to get the recognition that it deserves.”
FlexManager has much more in store for the future. The market leaders are looking to implement further innovations within the Internet of Things sector to automate the capture of real time data.
This will include the sensor-driven scheduling of corrective actions, the digital reporting of failures, and other items currently being created from manual inputs by employees.
“Concurrently, we are investing our time and effort in formulating predictive analytics and machine learning by using our clients’ extensive data captures, where we intend to identify relevant non-sensitive data points, their common trends, and common milestones for improving workplace compliance across all industries regardless of organization size,” he says. “The intention is that previous learnings will incite feedback from FlexManager to respective users and provide analytics for making decisions or performing actions before they need to or even realize that they need to.”
Cunningham concludes that FlexManager products are designed with OHS professionals as a priority, aiming to encourage proactivity with automated data capture rather than digital capture alone. This has been FlexManager’s goal with its intuitive OHS software since its inception in 2011.
“On top of having a valuable, easy-to-use, and intuitive product suite that can match their current processes, our support structures – in terms of our implementation, training and support – have helped all of our clients be successful,”
Gary Cunningham, FlexManager
