Alongside working with clients to determine their needs and supervise the delivery of solutions, Brant has also used his expertise to identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of finova’s team. Jenny Chu brings her exceptional vision and foresight to her role of overseeing financial operations and curating forward-looking strategies to support finova’s further growth. She has been recognised globally as the one of the Top 100 Young Chartered Accountants and one of the youngest Chief Finance Officers in the UK. Chu has over 11 years of experience, including holding roles at a global audit and consulting firm. Alongside her day-to-day responsibilities, she leads finova’s corporate social responsibility and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She is dedicated to ensuring that every employee’s voice is heard from the moment they apply for a role in the company.
